Introduction to the Job
The ASML Silicon Valley Development Operations and HPC Team continuously improves on 7 main processes: Code, Build, Test, Package, Release, Configure, Monitor.
This candidate will be expected to work under the supervision of a senior DevOps engineer or Team Lead. A successful candidate is expected to be able to learn and contribute.
Roles and Responsibilities - Develop and implement automation scripts or tools on CI/CD infrastructure
- Analyze and debug issues
- Document processes to ensure knowledge sharing and continuity.
- Assist Senior engineers on DevOps Infrastructure and frameworks
- Any on-demand software tool development tasks.
Education and Experience - Rising senior of Bachelor student or Master student in Computer Science, Computer engineering , Information Technology, or a related field.
Skills - Proficient in scripting languages ( Python, Bash, Shell)
- Windows, Unix or Linus experience is required.
- Experience in Git, Jenkins, Bamboo, Docker, Kubernetes are a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

- A flexible workplace arrangement is available for remote work up to two days a week.
Role within Office Responsibilities - Routinely required to sit; walk; talk; hear; use hands to keyboard, finger, handle, and feel; stoop, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, and stretch. Occasionally required to move around the campus.
- Occasionally lift and/or move up to 20pounds.
- May require travel (specify domestic and/or international) dependent on business needs.
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
- Must be willing to work in a clean room environment, wearing coveralls, hoods, booties, safety glasses and gloves for entire duration of shift.
This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R.
- 730, et seq.). Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access such controlled technology prior to beginning work. Business demands may require ASML to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.
