ResponsibilitiesClient Interaction: Engage with potential clients, assess their insurance requirements, and provide suitable recommendations.
Inbound Sales: Manage incoming inquiries, address customer queries, and propose insurance products.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about insurance products and industry trends to offer informed advice.
Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build lasting client relationships and loyalty.
Continuous Development: Stay updated on sales techniques, industry regulations, and product knowledge.
RequirementsLicensing: Possession or willingness to obtain a relevant insurance license.
Experience: Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
