Immigration Attorney (Los Angeles)

Seeking an Immigration Attorney with one or more years of experience in immigration law, specifically in removal defense and USCIS procedures. Job will include some appellate work and representation in family court for SIJS cases. Ideal candidates should have solid writing ability, case management skills and ability to supervise support staff. This is an excellent career opportunity for a qualified candidate who is licensed to practice law in California. Candidates should have the following qualifications:

A minimum of 1 year experience in immigration law
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Ability to multitask and work under pressure to meet deadlines
Ability to thoroughly research case law
Ability to speak, read, and write SPANISH strongly recommended

Duties will include:
Management of assigned cases
Appearances in Immigration Court
Appearances at USCIS
Research and write motions, briefs, and appeals
Maintain communication with clients throughout legal process
