We are family-owned, locally operated, and dedicated to the Aloha spirit. The Opportunity We are looking for a "Freon Tech" / HVAC Specialist to join our Ohana. Whether you are a master of the trade or a dedicated individual looking to start a new career, we have a spot for you. We are hiring for two levels: 1. The Pro (Experienced Technician) Who you are: You are well-trained in A/C repairs, troubleshooting, and installations. You know your way around a set of gauges and handle refrigerant responsibly. What you’ll do: Diagnose and repair residential and commercial A/C systems (Split systems, Central air, etc.). Perform high-quality installations and refurbishments. Handle refrigerant (Freon) charging and recovery in compliance with EPA standards. Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues efficiently. 2. The Apprentice (Willing to Train) Who you are: You may not know how to fix an A/C yet, but you are hardworking, reliable, and "Dedicated to Learn." What you’ll do: Train directly under our experienced professionals. Learn the trade from the ground up: from deep cleaning coils and ductwork to full system repairs. Assist with tools, job site prep, and system maintenance. Grow into a fully skilled technician with high earning potential. Requirements For Pros: EPA Certification (608) is highly preferred; proven experience with repairs and installs. For Trainees: A strong work ethic, willingness to listen, and ability to perform physical labor. For All: Valid Driver’s License.
