Job brief

Solicitation of new maintenance customers to meet sales quotas and profit margins plus management

of an existing customer base.

Responsibilities

• Identifying new prospects in the marketplace
• Maintaining existing customer accounts
• Increasing and developing new customer accounts
• Implementing marketing and promotional activities targeted at both existing customers and sales prospects
• Fosters the spirit of teamwork and ensures that effective working relationships are maintained within and between all other functions of the Company.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and additional training in business, construction and marketing.
• A minimum of (3) three years experience in sales
• Ability to prepare company reports, communicate clearly with his or her peers, provide written
• correspondence and verbal communications with current and prospective customers.
• Computer skills include understanding of word processing, spreadsheet, and contact database
• programs.
• Valid in- state driver’s license
