We are now accepting applications for the 2025 Paid Summer Internship Program! As a Human Resources Intern you will have the opportunity to contribute to key projects within our HR department while getting exposure to Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, Benefits and Compensation, and Employee Relations. You will also get to participate in a wide variety of corporate events that showcase our culture. These events include: Lunch & Learns that provide an in-depth understanding of the credit union Volunteer events within the community Executive roundtables Social events with other interns 1:1 mentoring from a senior leader Interns at CommunityAmerica Credit Union will receive a well-rounded experience that demonstrates the inner workings of a financial services institution, while working alongside leaders throughout the organization to provide innovative solutions that help us help our community! Program Dates: June 2, 2025 - July 31st. 2025 * Monday - Thursday (Off Friday) Duties & Responsibilities General Responsibilities: Provide ongoing project and administrative support to HR team as needed Coordinate key HR Engagement initiatives and events Rotate through each functional area of human resources Talent Acquisition- observe the entire recruiting life-cycle from application to new hire Talent Development- observe learning, help create training materials, and gain exposure to talent development strategies Employee Relations- understand key HR legislation, policies and procedures necessary to run an effective organization Benefits and Compensation- shadow various processes to understand total rewards Conduct research and analysis on HR-best practices and recommend solutions to HR Management Assist in the documentation of standard operation procedures across various HR disciplines. Requirements Requirements: Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field Minimum GPA of 3.0 Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week for the duration of the internship Strong written and oral communication skills Team player CommunityAmerica Credit Union
