Why this role matters
This entry-level HR Assistant position is your launching pad into the world of Human Resources and People Operations. Supporting recruitment, onboarding, communications, and compliance, you’ll help deliver a seamless and engaging employee experience from day one.
You’ll also be working in a tech-forward environment—using platforms like ADP, Monday.com, Microsoft Suite, and even generative AI tools—to streamline tasks and elevate the employee journey. If you’re a quick learner who’s organized, collaborative, and motivated by purpose, you’ll thrive here.

As a key member of our People & Culture team, you’ll help power the day-to-day operations that keep our people supported and our organization moving forward. Here’s what you’ll be jumping into:
- Collaborate on team-wide projects and initiatives: Jump in on strategic priorities—whether it's process improvements, recognition programs, or compliance audits—lending operational support that helps our department excel.
- Support internal communications and engagement: Help draft announcements, prepare content for internal newsletters, assist in planning team events, and contribute to creative projects like culture campaigns and social media content.
- Drive the candidate experience: Post and update job listings, coordinate interviews across teams, communicate with candidates, and ensure smooth transitions through each stage of the hiring process.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding: Guide new employees through onboarding steps, collect required documentation, and ensure all systems and accounts are ready on day one—setting the tone for a strong start.
- Contribute to continuous improvement: Identify ways to streamline tasks and enhance employee experiences using tools like Microsoft Suite, AI platforms, and modern HR tech.
- Provide HR systems support: Assist with updates in ADP, organize tasks in Monday.com, run basic reports, and troubleshoot issues with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, trainings, and events: Schedule recurring check-ins, prep materials, manage invites, and track action items to ensure follow-through and efficiency.
- Support recordkeeping and compliance: Maintain digital files, organize licensure and credentialing documents, and ensure all employee data is accurate and up to date across internal systems.
You’re a great fit if you...
- Have a degree (or experience) in HR, business, or administrative support
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and love bringing order to chaos
- Communicate clearly, respectfully, and with empathy
- Embrace new tech and pick up tools quickly
- Want to grow in a collaborative, mission-driven culture
