This position is based in Okinawa, Japan. The role requires relocation to Okinawa for the duration of the project. Candidates currently residing in Japan will be given preference. The project covers the complete construction of a multi-story building comprising service areas, staff facilities, corridors, control rooms, and guest accommodation floors. The scope includes all civil, architectural, structural, and MEP works from e What’s in It for You? Minimum 10 years of construction HSE experience. Strong knowledge of local HSE legislation and best practices. OSHA or equivalent certification required. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement the Project HSE Plan in alignment with company and client standards. Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and toolbox talks regularly. Ensure compliance with local authority and client safety requirements. Supervise site safety officers and monitor daily site activities for hazards. Lead incident investigations and prepare reports with corrective actions. Coordinate safety training programs for all staff and subcontractors. Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and records as per ISO or client requirements. Promote continuous improvement in safety performance through awareness and engagement. #J-18808-Ljbffr MVL Group
