- Location: Hybrid (New York, NY – Onsite 2–3 days/week)
- Pay Rate: $55.85/hr (W2)
About the Role:
- A global media and entertainment company is seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative HRIS Analyst to support its global Oracle HCM implementation and HR operational initiatives. This position plays a key role in aligning HR requirements across multiple countries to drive global standardization and compliance while supporting implementation and system enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on global HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance requirements to ensure scalable, consistent, and locally responsive Oracle HCM solutions.
- Lead and support implementation activities across international markets including system testing, data validation, and configuration documentation.
- Conduct cross-country business requirement gathering and standardization, balancing local compliance with global process alignment.
- Work with HR, Payroll, HRIS, and IT teams to identify process improvements and configure system workflows.
- Perform data audits to ensure accuracy and alignment with governance standards.
- Build dashboards, analytics, and reports using Oracle tools and Excel to support data-driven decisions.
- Coordinate project activities such as meetings, calendars, and tracking deliverables.
- Support change management, user readiness, and adoption across global teams.
- Partner with data management teams for mass data loads and ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.
- 3–4 years of experience in HRIS administration, HCM system implementation, or HR analytics in a global environment.
- Direct experience with Oracle HCM Cloud—Core HR, Payroll, and Time & Labor.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
- Strong communication, collaboration, and analytical skills with global stakeholder alignment experience.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic, matrixed environment across time zones.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Oracle reporting tools.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Exposure to HR analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
