HR Assistant Opportunity

Our client in Katy, Texas is currently seeking a dedicated HR Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity.

HR Assistant Role:

• Provide essential support in various human resources functions to ensure the smooth operation of HR processes
• Assist in recruitment activities, such as posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and HR databases
• Support employee onboarding by preparing paperwork and assisting with orientation
• Assist with benefits administration and respond to employee inquiries
• Coordinate training initiatives, including scheduling sessions and tracking participation
• Offer general administrative support to the HR team

HR Assistant Background Profile:

• Prior experience in HR or administrative roles
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software
• Spanish bilingual skills are advantageous but not mandatory
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Proactive approach and a willingness to take on new challenges
• Effective in working independently and collaboratively
