Base pay range: $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Assistant to support our HR department with various administrative tasks in our growing company. The ideal candidate will play an important role in supporting day-to-day human resource functions including recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and performance management. This role is critical in ensuring smooth day-to-day HR operations and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Coordinate recruitment processes: job postings, screenings, scheduling interviews, and onboarding Manage employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements Support benefits administration, including enrollments, changes, and communication Assist with performance review processes Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations Participate in HR projects, initiatives, events and general administrative duties as needed Requirements Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics or related field 4+ years of proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within Human Resources Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Familiarity with benefits administration and HR software is highly desirable Strong skills in data collection and data entry with attention to detail Knowledge of employment labor laws and regulations is a plus Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Experience in interviewing candidates is beneficial but not mandatory Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable Join our team as a Human Resources Assistant where you can contribute to creating a positive work environment while developing your HR expertise!
