We are a middle-aged disabled couple, (with 2 small-ish dogs)and cannot do much around the house. Looking for a reliable, efficient, trustworthy individual for ongoing, long-term cleaning. MUST BE A NON-SMOKER. We pay $15/hr and provide all cleaning supplies. Once a week cleaning for 2-3 hrs. Day of the week and time are both flexible. Regular weekly chores are a thorough cleaning of the 2 bathrooms, kitchen and mopping floors throughout and taking out trash. Other tasks required less often would be changing bed linens, cleaning fridge and freezers, putting groceries away... If time and budget permits and you're willing, we can also use help with meal prep (no cooking or baking), tidying outside, bathing the smaller (and toothless) dog..
