Home Care Aide / Caregiver Requirements:

• No experience necessary, will train the right candidate. 1 year of verifiable work experience for a Live-In Caregiver.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States to apply
• Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle.
• Must have valid auto insurance and be able to provide proof
• Submit a pre-employment background check and drug test ( company provided)
• Must be kind, caring, and patient. Willing to go above and beyond the elderly in our communities.

Home Care Aides / Caregivers Responsibilities:

• Travel to a patient’s home and help them perform basic tasks light housekeeping, bathing, companionship and emotional support.
• Caregivers may also be responsible for driving and escorting clients to appointments, grocery trips and other important errands.
• Caregivers help the client with any mobility issues, like helping them in and out of their beds or chairs and pushing them in wheelchairs.
• Ability to provide clear visit documentation and reporting.

What positions does Family Caregivers Network have available?

Part Time / Per Diem: Our PT caregivers have flexibility at their fingertips. Employee availability is submitted based on YOUR Availability.

Full Time: 40 hours of work a week. Full Time employees are required to work every other weekend ( or 4 weekend days a month) and two evening a week. Full time employees are offered Benefits and Paid Time Off.

Shifts: Family Caregivers Network operates on a 24 hour basis. We have shifts available that will meet your needs.

• Hourly: Intermittent visits during the day and evening. We do 3 – 12 hours visits.
• Overnights: 8-12 hour shifts that normally start between 7pm – 11pm.
• Live Ins: 16 hours a day with 8 hours of sleep time in the client’s home. There are adequate sleeping quarters furnished separate from the client they care for. The employee's time spent sleeping is usually uninterrupted with minimum sleep period uninterrupted of at least 5 hours.
