Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and reliable 2nd Shift Heavy Duty Tow Truck Driver to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety of our clients and their vehicles.

Responsibilities:

• Operate heavy-duty tow trucks for vehicle recovery and impound services.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to calls and addressing client inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records of services provided, including mileage, time, and materials used.
• Conduct routine inspections of tow trucks and equipment to ensure proper working conditions.
• Adhere to safety protocols, ensuring the safety of clients, their vehicles, and fellow team members.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Maintain a professional demeanor and appearance while representing Elite Towing.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience driving tow trucks or similar vehicles.
• Valid class A driver's license with few or no driving infractions.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and traffic laws related to tow truck operations.
• Ability to operate tow trucks and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including on-call weekends.
