About the job Healthcare Recruiter
Korzen Health is looking to hire a remote (work from home) recruiter. We are looking for a recruiter that has a strong knowledge in the healthcare field.
This is either a part-time full-time position that will offer a hybrid work from home. We are fully flexible on hours.
Scope of work includes:
- Recruitment of healthcare providers that will include: Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, Doctors.
- Our healthcare providers work within private groups and major hospital systems. So you will have the ability to recruit providers that will be within one of our clients.
- We only recruit Full-Time or Part-Time providers.
- Working with our system based recruiters. We are located in Rochesters, NY, North New Jersey and Atlanta, GA
- The Korzen Leadership team is composed of Doctors and Senior Healthcare Leaders.
- Recruiter will average around 15-20 searches at one time. Candidates must have the ability to negotiate compensation rates with providers and assist in on-baording.
- Ability to travel for up to 10% of the time when needed.
- Being a Buffalo Bills fan or Syracuse Orangeman fan is a plus!
Compensation:
This is a contractor position.
Base Salary with Achievable Bonus Plan. Bonus Potential of 20-120K+ a year. Korzen Health
