Health Coach Uplift For Her - Integrative Women's Health Center - Salt Lake City, UT Details: Compensation: $25-$35/hour depending on experience Schedule: 20–30 hours/week Location: Salt Lake valley Growth: We're looking for someone eager to grow with us—this position will start part-time with the potential to expand to full-time as patient volume and programs increase Employment Type: W-2 employee Summary We are looking for a friendly, adaptable health coach who is passionate about women's health and inspired by the principles of functional medicine to join our thriving integrative care team at Uplift For Her. Uplift For Her offers whole-woman, root-cause care for hormonal imbalances, fatigue, chronic illness, fertility, perimenopause, and sustainable weight loss. This role acts as the bridge between provider and patient—helping clients understand and implement their care plans while providing accountability, motivation, and support along the way. The health coach will also communicate patient progress, barriers, and questions to the provider to ensure coordinated, effective care and support clients in making meaningful nutrition, movement, and lifestyle changes that restore energy, balance hormones, and improve long‑term health. The ideal candidate will: Bring warmth, structure, and curiosity to every client interaction Be skilled (or eager to be trained) in motivational interviewing and behavior‑change strategies Have experience in coaching clients through changes in food, movement, nervous system regulation, sleep, and mindset Understand how to coach for weight loss in a sustainable, whole‑person approach—balancing structure (e.g. macro counting) with intuitive, mindful eating Provide clear, compassionate support that combines structure with accountability Work collaboratively with providers and participate in integrated care planning Be comfortable leading both 1:1 and group coaching sessions, in person or virtually Bonus - Have a foundational understanding of functional medicine and root‑cause lifestyle interventions Responsibilities: 1. Coaching & Client Support Deliver 1‑on‑1 health coaching sessions (virtual or in‑person), aligned with provider‑led care plans Facilitate group health coaching sessions to support members and program participants — helping them overcome barriers, stay accountable, and deepen their understanding of functional health principles Provide ongoing patient check‑ins and supportive touchpoints throughout multi‑month programs Help clients navigate Uplift For Her wellness programs and benefits 2. Collaboration & Integrated Care Work with Providers, Medical Director and administrative staff to relay relevant updates and client needs in a timely, clear manner Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning for Uplift For Her's wellness programs 3. Education, Content, & Program Development Contribute to the creation of educational materials, patient handouts, and social media or marketing content Stay current on wellness trends and functional medicine principles 4. Community Outreach & Promotion Actively promote Uplift For Her programs through email, social media, and in‑person events Assist with wellness fairs, workshops, webinars and other promotional activities Represent Uplift For Her with professionalism and enthusiasm 5.
