The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for agronomic management and daily maintenance of the golf course, clubhouse grounds and driving range. As superintendent at El Cariso Golf Course, you will be communicating directly with the general manager and regional superintendent. El Cariso Golf Course is a mid-length, 18-hole golf course perfect for golfers of all skill levels and ages looking for a fun and enjoyable day on the green. Responsibilities Maintain the golf course in proper playing condition according to Company standards Implement the approved maintenance plan and adhere to the budget Direct and supervise the maintenance of greens, fairways, tees, sand traps, bodies of water, roughs, maintenance shop and grounds, cart maintenance, and clubhouse maintenance Create a high-performance team while maintaining a positive, safe, challenging, enjoyable work environment Recruit, train, develop, and manage staff. Responsible for co-worker satisfaction, team building Identify and address safety issues immediately Conduct monthly safety meeting/training with maintenance staff and record attendance.
