Job Description
We are seeking a talented Front End UI Developer to join our team. Your primary focus will be on front-end development using ReactJS, with a strong emphasis on understanding and applying UX concepts from the u perspective. You will play a crucial role in developing a proprietary case tracking tool/portal to replace ServiceNow, ensuring it meets our specific requirements for customizability.
Key Responsibilities:
Front-End Development: Utilize ReactJS (version TBD) to create a responsive and user-friendly interface.
UX Focus: Apply UX principles to ensure the interface is intuitive and meets user needs.
Leverage Existing Libraries: Work with existing React libraries to streamline development.
Develop Core Case Management System: Build a new UI and supporting APIs for engineers to manage cases efficiently.
Ensure Data Storage: Support the transition of data storage from ServiceNow to our proprietary system.

Required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Front End Developer with a focus on ReactJS.
Strong understanding of UX concepts and the ability to apply them from the u perspective.
Experience working with existing React libraries.
Familiarity with NodeJS and Express for backend integration.
Knowledge of PostgreSQL and AWS services, including EKS, is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Experience working in an agile team environment.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience Experience in developing case management systems or similar applications.
Ability to adapt to changing requirements and provide custom solutions.
Familiarity with transitioning from third-party tools to proprietary systems.
