Location: Fort Worth, TX - 76102 (parking is paid!)

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay Range: $15 - $17 per hour (based on experience)
Job Overview: We are seeking an entry-level Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and serve as the first point of contact for our office. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and basic phone and typing abilities. This role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in an office setting while providing essential administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
Perform basic typing and data entry tasks as needed.
Maintain organization at the front desk and reception area.
Assist with scheduling, mail distribution, and general office tasks.
Provide support to various departments as needed.
Qualifications:
Past receptionist and admin experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Basic typing and computer proficiency.
Professional, friendly, and customer service-oriented attitude.
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
