Job Overview

Weatherford, a leading provider in the Oil & Energy industry, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fishing Tool Supervisor to join our team. In this critical role, you will oversee and direct field operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and service delivery. As a Fishing Tool Supervisor, you will leverage your extensive knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize services, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Proven experience of 2½ - 4 years in the Oil & Gas industry, with a strong understanding of mechanics, electricity, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Proficiency in mathematics, basic physics, and chemistry, with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients
• Unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and environmental protection, adhering to Weatherford's policies and industry best practices

Education

A High School Diploma is required for this role. Candidates with a Technical Certificate from an accredited Technical/Vocational School are preferred.

Certifications

• Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable
• Continuous professional development and training are encouraged

Compensation

Weatherford offers a competitive compensation package, including a comprehensive benefits program and opportunities for career growth and advancement. Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications. Expected pay range $63,000-$96,000 DOE + other compensation afforded to this role.
