Job Description
Description We are looking for a skilled Finance Manager to oversee financial planning and analysis for our organization in Southfield, Michigan. This role involves managing budgets, creating forecasts, and developing strategies to enhance financial performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities and a deep understanding of financial principles to drive informed business decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to align with organizational goals.
- Design and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to effectively communicate financial insights to stakeholders.
- Prepare and present detailed financial statements and analyses to senior leadership and other relevant parties.
- Optimize investment strategies and cash flow management to ensure financial stability and growth.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and industry standards to maintain organizational integrity.
- Identify potential financial risks and recommend cost-saving measures that sustain operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
- Monitor key financial metrics and provide actionable recommendations to improve performance.
- Conduct in-depth financial analyses to identify opportunities for profitability and growth. Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or management.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and advanced analytical techniques.
- Strong expertise in corporate financial planning and strategy development.
- Excellent ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data.
- Familiarity with relevant financial regulations and compliance standards.
- Advanced skills in creating visualizations and dashboards for data reporting.
- Proven ability to identify risks and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage financial operations effectively.
