Job Description

Responsibilities: Supports the Accounting and Finance team by performing assigned duties which are not limited to the following:

• Assist in creating regular and ad-hoc financial reports using Excel or OneStream
• Contribute to the development of dashboards to visualize financial performance.
• Assist in gathering and organizing financial data from various sources.
• Conducting financial analysis and research.
• Help prepare financial models and forecasts as needed.
• Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets.
• Review internal and analyze internal controls around financial reporting
• Work with team members to understand business requirements and assist with various projects.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements.
• Gain exposure to financial concepts and data analysis techniques.
• Receive mentorship and training from experienced professionals in the field.

Qualifications:

• Must be actively working towards a Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics bachelor's degree
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principals in the United States
• Effective communication skills which include verbal and written
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word; familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus.
• High level of efficiency, accuracy, and responsibility
• GPA of 3.0 or higher

This is a paid full-time summer internship.
