AM Home Delivery Group is seeking a reliable and skilled Appliance Installer and supervisor to join our team and help start up a new terminal location. Excellent opportunity to hire, train and build your team.

This is dual position role for our soon to be open terminal in the Minneapolis area. This role will manage the terminal and warehouse operations while also performing local deliveries in the Minneapolis area as needed and train new hires. Professional appliance installation experience is a priority, with excellent growth potential to add delivery teams and grow the location.

Specifics:

• Manage warehouse operations, including inventory control, shipping and receiving, and space optimization.
• Install a variety of appliances, ensuring proper functionality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all warehouse activities.
• Coordinate delivery schedules and routes to maximize efficiency
• Safely and efficiently transport appliances, TV's, electronics and furniture to customers' homes in a timely manner

General Requirements

• Valid License
• Valid DOT Medical Card or ability to obtain one prior to starting
• 3 years MVR record with two or fewer violations and accidents
• Appliance Installation experience
• Reliable
• Excellent customer service skills
• Focused on safety
• Regular, full attendance is essential to job function
• Work the required schedule at the specific location required, complete employment application, submit to a background investigation to include past employment, education and criminal history.
• Be able to pass background to access military bases
