A large, profitable and progressive Ag operation is actively seeking an experienced Farm Manager to oversee its daily operation and employees.


Farm Manager Requirements:

• Experience as a farm manager or assistant farm manager
• Strong management and leadership skills
• Good communication skills and able to delegate well
• Extensive Equipment operation experience
• row crop experience

Farm Manager Responsibilities:

• Help supervise tillage, pre-irrigation, planting, spraying, growing, and harvesting
• Oversee the calibration of all equipment, planting, spraying, fertilizing, harvesting
• Consult on operating plans, purchase and replacement of equipment
• Operate and repair farm equipment when necessary
