As a Farm Operation Manager , you would be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a farm, including managing staff, implementing planting and harvesting strategies, and ensuring the overall productivity and profitability of the farm. • Oversee and coordinate all farming activities, including planting, cultivating, fertilizing, and harvesting.

• Manage budgets, expenses, and financial records related to the farm operations.

Compensation:

• Salary range: $60,000 to $100,000 per year, depending on experience, qualifications, and the specific location of the farm.
• Preferred experience: 5 years of relevant experience in farm management or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of agricultural operations.
• Bilingual skills: Fluency in English and another language is preferred to facilitate effective communication with diverse staff and stakeholders.
