Open your home to someone with a disability! We are seeking someone in the
Rutherford County area. We are seeking someone who is available to provide a safe and comfortable home, while ensuring the basic physical and emotional needs required for our individuals to live a high-quality life. You must have the ability to establish a comfortable, supportive, and genuine relationship with the individual you house and support.
This independently contracted position will provide a 24/7 family-like setting for an individual. This role will help care for a young man in need of assistance with fostering independence in the area of transportation and self-help skills.
Requirements - High School Diploma/GED
- Valid Driver's License
- Previous experience working as a Direct Support Professional is required
- Will need to successfully complete trainings through Community Options
- Must be open to supervisory visits in your home
Our FamilyModel Providers are contracted and reimbursed at a per diem rate PLUS they receive monthly room and board from the individual they support – this income is tax exempt. For more information call: 615-885-1099
