Position Details:

• Provide and manage direct patient care, including physical examinations, evaluations, assessments, diagnoses, and treatment.
• Patient volume is 18-20 on average
• See patients of all ages, newborns to geriatric age
• M-F, 8am-5pm

Required Qualifications:

• New Grads are welcome to apply
• Unrestricted CA License
• CA DEA certificate required prior to start date
• Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant school
• EMR Proficiency

For California Residents Only: The salary range for California residents is $249,728 to $355,092. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement.
