Responsibilities

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine project specifications.
• Utilize various hand tools and machinery to cut, shape, and assemble sheet metal components.
• Experience with Brake Press operation a plus
• Experience operating a turret punch is plus
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve fabrication issues.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in fabrication techniques.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in metal fabrication preferred.
• Proven experience as a sheet metal fabricator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of metalworking techniques, tools, and safety practices.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
