Job Description and Responsibilities: As an Express Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in our team — acting as our customers’ primary point of contact in our Express Building. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers, scheduling appointments, writing repair orders, estimates, and invoices, billing and ordering parts, and ensuring all customer concerns are addressed promptly and efficiently. The Express Service Advisor is also responsible for ensuring express technicians are working, and keeping the express building efficient. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Advisor, Service Writer, or similar role in auto repair.
• Strong knowledge of automotive technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage customer complaints gracefully.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, capable of efficiently managing multiple needs at once.
• Experience with shop management systems and other software applications is a huge plus.
