✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 1 year of professional driving experience (FedEx, Amazon, UPS, or similar a plus)
- Clean driving record, valid driver’s license able to pass drug test & DOT physical
- ∙Pass FedEx Ground criminal background check
- Must be 21+ years old
- Have reliable transportation to and from work
- Be on time and ready to work each workday
- Be able to safely lift/carry up to 75 lbs. and up to 150 lbs. with hand truck
- Be able to climb stairs
- Be able to work in all types of weather
- Strong safety mindset, customer-first attitude & team player
✅ Responsibilities Include:
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle and follow designated routes
- Accurately operate scanner/effectively track delivery process
- Loading vehicle for deliveries and organizing daily loads efficiently
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain appropriate communication with manager
- Delivery and pick up of packages to businesses and residences. Routes vary in number of pick-ups and deliveries, but expectations are a driver will routinely perform up to 100+ stops a day
- Consistently deliver entire route in a timely manner
- Maintain compliance with FedEx safety standards and procedures
- Your vehicle must be operated safely at all times
- Work independently and as part of a team
