Executive Assistant to CEO/Owner - HEMPHILL EXCLUSIVE!
Lincoln based organization is adding a key individual to their team to support the Owner and CEO. With significant and consistent growth over the past several years, the Owner needs a highly organized professional to help streamline priorities, maintain accountability and manage a very busy schedule.
The individual most likely to have success has experience providing high-level administrative support, especially for executives or senior leaders. They are great at anticipating needs, staying ahead of the game, and making decisions confidently when needed. We’re looking for someone who can use their skills to provide strong support while also helping the executive be more efficient and make the most of their talents. Confidentiality is a must, and this person will play a key role in keeping communication flowing smoothly between the CEO and the team.
