Job Description:

Omnia US is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Events Assistant to join our team in Orlando, FL. The successful candidate will support the planning and execution of a variety of events, ensuring that each event runs smoothly and meets our high standards. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for event management and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
  • Support the preparation of event materials and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.
  • Communicate with clients and vendors to confirm details and address any issues that arise.
  • Help manage event set-up and break-down, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other team members to ensure that all event activities are executed as planned.
  • Monitor event activities to ensure they run smoothly and handle any problems that may arise.
  • Prepare post-event reports and assist with evaluations to improve future events.
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning or a similar role is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
