Responsibilities: - Assist in the planning and coordination of events, from concept to completion.
- Support event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and on-site management.
- Maintain event budgets, track expenses, and ensure cost-effective solutions.
- Prepare event materials, including invitations, agendas, and promotional content.
- Manage attendee registrations and handle inquiries or special requests.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals and messaging.
- Provide post-event analysis, including feedback collection and reporting.
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions for future events.
Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Previous experience in event planning or a similar role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules.
- A strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
