Event Planner & Marketing Coordinator Remote Position 04/07/2025 - 08/31/2025 Job Description: Willingness to travel to select conferences and events (could be anywhere in the continental US). We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented Event Planner & Marketing Coordinator to support Client’s presence at industry conferences and events. This temporary role is critical for planning, executing, and managing internal and external events, while also contributing to broader marketing efforts that enhance the brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage logistics for conferences, trade shows, and corporate events (venue selection, travel coordination, shipping booth materials, scheduling). Develop and maintain conference planning timelines, budgets, and checklists. Ensure booth materials, presentations, and collateral align with client’s branding and messaging. Coordinate with vendors for signage, promotional items, and event materials. Oversee on-site event setup and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience. Track and report on event performance, ROI, and lead generation. Assist with pre- and post-event marketing activities (social media campaigns, email outreach, lead tracking). Contribute to content creation for marketing campaigns related to events. Maintain an organized inventory of booth assets, event kits, and branded materials. Qualifications & Experience: 4+ years of experience in event planning, marketing, or a related field. Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple events and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with marketing tools (Canva, Mailchimp, HubSpot) is a plus. Willingness to travel to select conferences and events. Preferred Skills: Experience supporting healthcare or government-related events. Knowledge of branding and marketing fundamentals.
