Job Description

Our client is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Estate-Planning Attorney to join their established firm. This is a new role due to growth within the firm and is an on-site role.
This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional who thrives in a client-facing, consultative environment with a strong emphasis on business development and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective clients, building rapport and trust through clear communication and professional expertise.
Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, identify legal needs, and present tailored service options that align with firm offerings and client goals.
Convert qualified leads into clients by demonstrating legal value, addressing concerns, and guiding decision-making with a solutions-focused approach.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, ensuring timely, high-quality work while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
Track and report business development activity, pipeline progress, and conversion metrics using the firm's CRM and case management systems.
Contribute to a team-oriented, high-performance culture with a focus on professionalism, responsiveness, and measurable growth outcomes.
Requirements:
Minimum of 4 years experience within a firm, ideally within estate planning and probate law
J.D. graduate, licensed within the state of TN
Able to and willing to create and facilitate learning seminars for business partners
Must be sales-oriented and driven to bring in new business
Low turn-over in job history is a requirement

Salary: $100k-$140k salary (complex compensation plan)
