Job Description

Total Property Management in Monee, IL is looking for Seasonal/Part Time Mower Equipment Operators to join our team. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, motivated, and reliable.

Ideal candidates love working outdoors in a dynamic environment exhibit a strong work ethic and motivating personality, and able to work with other crew members. 

TPM is looking to onboard candidates to for our 2025 Season.

Responsibilities

• You will be maintaining residential, commercial and agricultural properties with zero-turn, walk-behind and push mowers. You will be operating line trimmers, edger's, and backpack blowers. On the landscape side, you could be doing shrub pruning, cultivation, edging, mulching, and plant installation. Must be physically capable of lifting 60 pounds, stand for 8 hours per day and operate heavy machinery.

Pay Rate & Requirements

Mowing Equipment Operator (lawn services, general laborer, gardener, snow laborer, snow blower etc.)

Pay Rate Certifications/Qualifications (Applicant must have the following certifications/qualification to be eligible for the corresponding pay rate Benefits* (applies to full time employees) * Applies to employees with 3 years of service**

• $19 In addition to the above qualifications must have at least 1 year of experience or have one or more of the following safety certifications |chainsaw, lawn mower, landscape safety OSHA certification Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance*. Paid Time Off*, SEP retirement contributions**. Performance bonuses Seasonal Bonuses, Sign on Bonuses

• $20 In addition to the above qualifications must have at least 2 years of experience or have two or more of the following safety certifications |chainsaw, lawn mower, landscape safety OSHA certification Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance*. Paid Time Off*, SEP retirement contributions**. Performance bonuses Seasonal Bonuses, Sign on Bonuses

• $21 In addition to the above qualifications must have at least 2 years of experience or have three or more of the following safety certifications |chainsaw, lawn mower, landscape safety OSHA certification Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance*. Paid Time Off*, SEP retirement contributions**. Performance bonuses Seasonal Bonuses, Sign on Bonuses

• $23 In addition to the above qualifications must have at least 2 years of experience or have three or more of the following safety certifications |chainsaw, lawn mower, landscape safety OSHA and a valid ILCA certified landscape Technician Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance*.
