Backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, or the military tend to thrive here, but we welcome anyone who’s positive, driven, and ready for a challenge. You'll receive paid training, earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses, and build real sales skills. Responsibilities

• Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.
• Product Knowledge & Communication: Clearly communicating and explaining our products and services.
• Team Collaboration: Working closely with our call center to schedule appointments.
• Customer Service: Providing a delightful, human connection as the first interaction with homeowners.
• Resilience & Adaptability: Ability to handle rejection while being mindful and self-aware.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or canvassing a plus but not required.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to the office.
