THE ROLE

We are seeking a full-time Retail Associate to represent our clients at in-store promotions, local events, and trade shows. This is a people-focused role where your energy and communication skills turn first impressions into lasting connections.

What You’ll Do

• Engage face-to-face with customers in retail and event settings
• Deliver clear, confident presentations about products and services
• Build trust and create excitement through engaging conversations
• Assist with event setup, displays, and logistics to ensure smooth operations
• Gather customer insights and provide feedback to management

What You Bring

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, retail, customer service, hospitality, or events
• Excellent communication skills and an approachable personality
• Self-motivation with the ability to meet performance goals
• Strong organization and teamwork skills

Compensation & Perks

• Competitive hourly pay plus uncapped commission (average $50K–$60K in the first year)
