Job Description Capture the business needs and requirements of the business owners and end-clients and create a Functional Requirement Document (FRD) based on the requirements captured. Involve throughout the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) - SCRUM including sprint planning meetings, review meetings, and backlog refinement meetings. Stay as a point of contact for all business-related concerns by providing timelines and making sure that timely delivery of the product is maintained. Conduct GAP analysis to understand the AS-IS and TO-BE requirement documents Work closely with the project coordinators to learn project timelines and report the day-by-day activities to keep them well informed of the project status. Qualifications Masters or Bachelors in computer science/engineering, Information technology/systems, Administration or Management or related. Strong understanding of how business requirements are gathering, analysing, documenting, and translating into technical specifications. Hands-on experience with relational databases and SQL and the ability to learn and understand complex systems. Outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate business/technical requirements and project schedules with a customer and other project team members.
