We are seeking a full-time associate attorney admitted in New Jersey to practice in the areas of Employment Law Litigation.
The successful candidate must have great attention to detail and have excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Our firm's atmosphere is a professional and fast-paced environment. It is expected that the successful candidate will spend 3/4 of their time on Employment Law and spend 1/4 of their time on ancillary matters such as wills/trusts/real estate. We are willing to train the right candidate!
**Admission in New York is a substantial plus.**
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: preparing demand letters, Complaints, discovery requests and responses; communication with clients and adversaries; research, preparation of motions/oppositions to motions; preparing for and engaging in mediations and depositions. The position is based at our headquarters in Wall Twp, NJ. The candidate will be required to occasionally travel to our various locations in NJ and NY.
