Electronic Assembler – Santa Barbara, CA
Pay: $22–$27 per hour (depending on experience)
Schedule: Onsite, Monday to Friday

We are seeking a skilled Electronic Assembler to join our production team in Santa Barbara. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of hands-on soldering experience and a strong eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Assemble and solder electronic components and circuit boards according to specifications

Read and interpret wiring diagrams, blueprints, and work instructions

Inspect and test completed assemblies for quality assurance

Maintain a clean and organized work area

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of soldering experience (required)

Familiarity with hand tools, soldering irons, and assembly equipment

Ability to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructions

Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity

Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team environment
