Job Overview Complete Electrical Installations is seeking dedicated and skilled Electrical Apprentices and Mechanics to join our dynamic team. This role primarily focuses on project-based work while providing secondary support for service-based projects. Whether you're troubleshooting existing systems, installing new electrical systems, or working on large-scale projects, you'll be an integral part of a team that values quality, safety, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities - Install, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.
- Participate in project-based work, including new construction, renovations, and fit-outs.
- Perform service work, such as replacing fixtures and electrical devices or addressing troubleshooting calls.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project timelines and ensure client satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies.
- Provide mentorship to less experienced team members and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications - High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Currently a 3rd or 4th-year electrical apprentice, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Procore preferred.
- Completion of Vocational School, Apprentice School, or Electrical Certification Program.
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
- 2+ years of field experience preferred.
- Skills and experience in troubleshooting, repairs, and logical thinking.
- Strong understanding of commercial fit-outs, residential remodeling, and general electrical knowledge.
- Ability to work independently or collaboratively on projects with minimal supervision.
- Self-motivated, organized, and professional with a strong work ethic.
