Drywall Repair – Lake Mills, WI
On-Site Staffing Services

On-Site Staffing Services is seeking a Drywall Repair to join our team in the Lake Mills, WI area.

Pay Rate: $18+/hour, depending on experience
Schedule: 1st Shift (Typically 8 hours, Monday through Friday; occasional Saturdays as needed)

Job Description

Perform drywall repairs in a timely, clean, and professional manner, ensuring all work meets quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repair, touch-up, and finish work using proper methods and equipment
• Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
• Ensure all repairs meet quality standards and document any deficiencies
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the assigned vehicle in clean and working condition
• Apply, remove, and properly dispose of masking materials as needed
• Clean up dust and debris in all affected areas after repairs
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Return unused materials to the shop
• Accurately document billable time and materials for each job
• Maintain overall quality and thoroughness of assigned repair work
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Experience / Skills / Training

• Valid driver’s license preferred (not required)
• English proficiency is a plus; Spanish speakers welcome (translator available)
• Knowledge of materials, tools, and methods used in drywall repair
• Courteous and professional demeanor
• Ability to lift to 60 lbs.
• Strong time management and self-motivation
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Able to meet physical demands and work in various weather conditions typical of construction sites
• Drywall repair experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
• Other duties as assigned
