What You’ll Do:

As a Door-to-Door Sales Representative, you’ll drive residential window and door replacement sales by canvassing neighborhoods and conducting in-home consultations. You will:

• Represent Mountain West with professionalism, delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Guide homeowners through the sales process—from product demonstrations to estimates, proposals, and contract signing.
• Generate new leads through door-to-door outreach
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of our premium replacement window and door solutions.
• Take accurate project measurements and prepare competitive estimates.
• Close deals while maximizing profits and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Need:

• A passion for sales and connecting with people.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed to meet with homeowners.
• Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screening (including THC).
• Outside sales or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
