We are looking for someone with warehouse produce experience and dispatching.
14.00 an hour.
Start time: 7am or 12pm depending on production.

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Dispatcher Clerk to join our team. As a Dispatcher Clerk, you will be responsible for coordinating and dispatching service calls, monitoring schedules, and maintaining accurate records of all communications.
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and a strong attention to detail. The Dispatcher Clerk will work closely with our team of technicians and customers to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispatch service calls to technicians based on availability and location.
2. Monitor schedules and update as necessary to optimize efficiency.
3. Maintain accurate records of all communications and service requests.
4. Communicate effectively with technicians and customers to provide updates on service calls.
5. Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.
6. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
