We are seeking a Director of Athletic Coaching & Education to develop and execute elite training programs for our strength and conditioning coaches across the franchise network.
Develop Educational Programs – Create structured training courses to elevate coaching knowledge, skills, and execution.
Lead Training & Certification – Conduct ongoing education, hands-on training, and certification programs for coaches.
Standardize Coaching Excellence – Establish best practices, methodologies, and performance benchmarks across all locations.
Mentor & Develop Coaches – Provide direct coaching, guidance, and professional development to enhance coaching consistency and quality.
Former D1 Athlete with 7–10 years of experience in strength & conditioning coaching
Proven track record in developing and leading coach education programs
Strong background in sports science, performance training, and coaching methodologies
