PSI seeks a Director, Finance & Operations that will provide strategic leadership and oversight, maintaining sound PSI accounting systems and compliance with global finance policies and procedures for a USAID-funded project in Pakistan. What You'll Do Maintain sound financial policies/procedures, systems, and practices for effective management on procurement and disbursement. Ensure finance operations, IT, procurement, warehouse, Subaward and fleet management activities are delivered efficiently. Work closely with Finance team to prepare submission of monthly financial packages to PSI/W. Coordinate monthly reporting process from sub-awardees. Support preparation and successful conclusion of internal and external auditing activities. Embody PSI’s values: Measurement, Pragmatism, Honesty, Trust, Collaboration, and Commitment. What You'll Bring Bachelor's Degree (or international equivalent) in Finance, Accounting or a related field or a professional qualification in accounting (e.g., CPA/ ACCA or equivalent). At least 10 years of related work experience in finance/accounting positions. At least 3 years of supervisory experience. Working knowledge of ERP systems such as QBE or Lawson. Expert Excel user. Familiarity with donor funding regulations. Experience living and working in Pakistan. Why Work at PSI?
