Job Description
Your primary responsibility as Director of Sales is to bring new sales of Publicis Sapient's services that address the post launch requirements of our Digital Customers. These include Digital ASM, Digital Run and Digital Operations. You will do this by your own efforts of interfacing with existing account teams and with net-new logo acquisition teams and building a global team of sales professionals to drive pipeline and bookings in their respective regions. Successful candidates will bring a strong functional skill base, a track record of delivering results, and good interpersonal and organizational skill sets.
To be the ideal candidate you would have had proven success in building and leading sales teams for technology services companies, with a focus on growing Digital Engineering and Cloud businesses. You will have strong solution sales mindset, with the experience, expertise, confidence, and presence to work with senior leaders both at Publicis Sapient and customer organizations. Experience in leading, constructing and closing large multi-year ASM and/or Cloud Infra deals at Fortune level companies will be strong advantage; and so will be experience of working with Hyperscalers and other cloud platform providers. Experience of working in a matrixed environment, which includes interfacing with Industry and Regional sales teams is a must. Knowledge of DevOPs and SRE will be an added advantage.

Pay Range: $150,000 - $220,000
The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient. Actual range for this position may differ, depending on location and specific skillset required for the work itself.
