Job Description

Dentist - Central Minnesota -Private, FQHC look-alike seeks BC Dentist to join their team -Base salary $190,000 guaranteed for FTE plus bonus incentives up to 15% gross. Adjustments, lab fees, and uncollected billings are not deducted -After hours call taken one week at a time, typically once per quarter. Screen true emergencies from VM only - generally refer to ER or prescribe antibiotics PRN for established patients -Option for 4-day work week, if desired. Current hours are Monday - Thursday 8 am to 4:30 pm and 8 am to 2 pm Fridays -Group has 9 centers in Minnesota -Join 2 RDH and 3 LDA with manager at this site -Open Dental used here with digital radiographs, Pano, and CBCT available -Group offers general dentistry, sedation dentistry, pediatric dentistry, geriatric dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, implants, and have a mobile unit -Doctor led care - choose the length of procedures you perform based on patient needs. Salary is guaranteed and not based on production.
