Job Description: Data Entry Coordinator (DEC)
The primary responsibilities of the DEC are to audit all transactional billing events, record finding associated with warehouse shipping and receiving operations. This person will research billing issues, reconcile any inventory variances. They will also assist in validating the results of inventory counts, and make any resulting adjustments in the warehouse management system (WMS) software. This person will ensure that all customer item information is captured and configured correctly in the WMS to maintain both inventory and billing accuracy. The DEC reports to the Business Intelligence Manager.

This position requires occasionally working in a warehouse environment alongside heavy equipment, such as forklifts, scissor-lifts, and motorized pallet jacks. Personal safety, and that of others, takes priority over every single job function or activity, under every circumstance.
